Job Summary

A non-profit business education organization has an open position for a Remote Tier III Support Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being responsible for advanced troubleshooting of supported services
  • Serving as an integral member of the Salesforce CRM replacement project team
  • Documenting support-related processes and procedures

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce cloud-based information systems for broad user bases
  • Proven experience with customer service and support
  • Ability to troubleshoot software problems
  • System administration experience with web-based support products like GSuite
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Demonstrable skills in clear, effective internal and external communications
