Job Summary
A non-profit business education organization has an open position for a Remote Tier III Support Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for advanced troubleshooting of supported services
- Serving as an integral member of the Salesforce CRM replacement project team
- Documenting support-related processes and procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce cloud-based information systems for broad user bases
- Proven experience with customer service and support
- Ability to troubleshoot software problems
- System administration experience with web-based support products like GSuite
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Demonstrable skills in clear, effective internal and external communications
