Job Summary
A computer software company has a current position open for a Remote Tier IV Support Escalation Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Documenting troubleshooting techniques and training team on the techniques
- Remaining focused on complex issues through to resolution
- Troubleshooting complex issues whether software or environmental related
Qualifications Include:
- Occasional travel to headquarters or customer site may be required
- NET, C+ Programming experience
- 4-year degree required in Computer Programming, or like3+ years in Software Development
- Excellent interpersonal, and verbal English communication, written and presentation skills required
- Experience with active directory, Unix and general networking
