Job Summary

A computer software company has a current position open for a Remote Tier IV Support Escalation Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Documenting troubleshooting techniques and training team on the techniques
  • Remaining focused on complex issues through to resolution
  • Troubleshooting complex issues whether software or environmental related

Qualifications Include:

  • Occasional travel to headquarters or customer site may be required
  • NET, C+ Programming experience
  • 4-year degree required in Computer Programming, or like3+ years in Software Development
  • Excellent interpersonal, and verbal English communication, written and presentation skills required
  • Experience with active directory, Unix and general networking
