Job Summary

An IT security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tier IV Support Escalation Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting complex issues whether software or environmental related
  • Remaining focused on complex issues through to resolution
  • Designing and building tools and scripts to analyze product, database, and network

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4+ years combined experience as a software developer or database administrator
  • Advanced PowerShell and SQL experience is a must
  • Experience in reading and understanding C#, .NET, XML and JSON
  • Expertise supporting enterprise systems and enterprise-class software
  • Deep technical and functional understanding of client/server enterprise systems
  • Working knowledge of Windows system administration
