A staffing company has an open position for a Remote Tier One Product Support Customer Service Representative in Seattle.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Walk customers through assembly of products
  • Assist in implementation of technical support systems

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year experience in product support customer service

  • Ability to perform technical support to customers by phone and email
