Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company is in need of a Remote Tier One Support Technical Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage risk of defects introduced during the software development lifecycle
- Act as an advocate for critical customer issues
- Assist customers in installing virtual machines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 1+ years of professional experience in technical customer facing role as a consultant or other role
- Demonstratable project management experience
- Hands-on experience with web development languages and frameworks
