Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company is in need of a Remote Tier One Support Technical Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage risk of defects introduced during the software development lifecycle
  • Act as an advocate for critical customer issues
  • Assist customers in installing virtual machines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • 1+ years of professional experience in technical customer facing role as a consultant or other role
  • Demonstratable project management experience
  • Hands-on experience with web development languages and frameworks
