Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Time and Absence Workday Developer in Homdel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building and maintaining credibility by knowing the business and aligning HR systems support to the priorities of the business
• Establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships and providing thought leadership
• Providing leadership to other team members and stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience
• At least 3 years of recent experience in Workday's Time and Absence
• Experience working in Workday SaaS Strong strategic planning and operational implementation skills
• Experience with Agile development principle and methods, specifically with scrum and sprint
• Preferred Configuration certifications in Workday's Time and Absence (Expert knowledge is a MUST)
• Demonstrated success in the ability to integrate and align strategy and activities
