Job Summary

A human resources services company is in need of a Remote Time Tracking Associate Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Support the analysis of business needs and requirements
  • Translate technical requirements into business appropriate terminology
  • Analyze gaps and complete fit gap documentation

Required Skills:

  • Business Degree in Management of Information Systems or Human Resources or relevant work experience
  • Up to date Workday HCM/Payroll/Financials certification or additional certifications
  • Experience in working in HCM/Payroll/Financials deployments using applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, ResourceLink or SAP
  • Possess an knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory by providing guidance to others in functional design processes
  • Working knowledge and language of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll
