Job Summary
A real estate company has an open position for a Remote Title Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling escalations on difficult and time-sensitive files
- Reviewing search packages for properties in your region and draft title commitments
- Serving as subject-matter expert for title rules, regs, and best practices in your region
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years residential title experience as a title officer or title attorney
- Excellent understanding of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of real estate title and settlement process
