Job Summary

A real estate company is filling a position for a Remote Title Curative Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing assigned pipeline of closing orders
• Reviewing and analyzing title commitments for irregularities
• Working with attorneys and negotiate HOA liens as well as property liens

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Extensive title curative knowledge
• One (1) to three (3) years of national title experience
• One (1) to three (3) years of real estate contract experience
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience working with Title/ REO technology platforms
