An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Title Examiner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing and evaluating full title searches
- Identifying issues or matters that cloud title or impair the foreclosure process
- Determining which liens showing on title were divested or will be divested
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to make well-reasoned risk decisions
- 3+ years of experience in the TX title industry
- Full understanding of underwriters Mutual Indemnification Agreements (MIA)
- Ability to work under general supervision
- Experience utilizing ResWare
