Job Summary

A title insurance and settlement services company is filling a position for a Remote Title Examiner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing title examination and examine the chain of title for a wide range of title orders
• Abstracting and analyzing records
• Preparing initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Analytical review skills with research and investigative skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years directly related experience
