Job Summary
A title insurance and settlement services company is filling a position for a Remote Title Examiner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing title examination and examine the chain of title for a wide range of title orders
- Abstracting and analyzing records
- Preparing initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Analytical review skills with research and investigative skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years directly related experience
