Job Summary
A provider of title insurance and settlement services is seeking a Remote Title Examiner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Perform title examination and examine the chain of title for a wide range of title orders
- Abstract and analyze records, such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plat and map books
- Resolve most issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years directly related experience
- State license(s) if required
- Knowledge of legal terms helpful
- Detail / quality orientation
- Analytical review skills with research and investigative skills
