Job Summary
A property intelligence company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Title Examiner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Searching and examining public records, such as deeds, mortgages, liens, probate records, etc
- Working directly with the typing and QC departments and always answer client questions efficiently
- Assisting other members of Search Department as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working with County websites and various title platforms, such as Title Point
- Minimum of 3 years of Real Estate title experience, required
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Strong understanding of legal terminology/the general title process and the effects of related documentation
