Job Summary

A law firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Title Examiner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Compiling, researching and presenting a prelim title commitment based on review of the search package docs
• Receiving and reviewing inquiries on possible title defects
• Drafting Minutes of Foreclosure from search package

Qualifications Include:

• Firm knowledge of how residential transaction happen
• 5 years' experience in the real estate industry
• Strong understanding of title commitments
• MS Office skills necessary
• Knowledge or experience with title examination and basic title clearance
• Typing 45 WPM
