Job Summary

A law firm has a current position open for a Remote Title Examiner III.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Examining any probate documents in the chain of title
• Reviewing tax searches
• Verifying that the information in the title search and accompanying documentation is accurate and complete

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma
• Four to Six years of experience with residential real estate title and title insurance
• Knowledge of Georgia title law and procedures
• Working knowledge of general title policy underwriting standards
• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
