Job Summary
A digital lending platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Title Insurance Escrow Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring, managing and mentoring the staff
- Organizing and motivating your direct reports
- Representing the regional escrow department’s interests on internal calls and initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience in Title
- Licensed Escrow Officer in TX and TX Notary Commission
- Understands State escrow standards, title clearance, real estate regulations and guidelines
- Comprehends pay off per diems, tax prorations, interest, and the like
- Understands lender documents and recordings
- Confidence in reviewing title orders to determine conditions of title
