Job Summary
A provider of title insurance and settlement services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Title Operations Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising the day to day operational activities of Title employees
- Managing workflow and making recommendations for staffing needs
- Implementing processes and metrics to monitor and improve customer service, quality, turnaround time and productivity
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of directly related experience
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Familiar with company policies, contract coverage and compliance concerns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Solid technical knowledge of operating systems and applications
