Job Summary

A real estate lending and technology company has a current position open for a Remote Title Policy Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing a detailed post-closing analysis of the title commitment to determine compliance with underwriter requirements
  • Calculating premium via company system or manually using underwriter website
  • Defining and analyzing defects using logic and resourceful methods to actively resolve

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Two (2) to five (5) years’ title, settlement services or mortgage experience
