A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Title Search Escalation Specialist in Loveland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring Queues and orders in order of due date and priority
- Monitoring emails
- Reviewing Abstractor escalations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Typing/Data Entry skills, 45 wpm to 60 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate
- Possess good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with personal computer operation
- Knowledge of real estate terminology
- Prior Title search and examination experience
