Job Summary
A provider of title insurance and settlement services is in need of a Remote Title Searcher and Examiner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performs title examination and examines the chain of title
- Abstracts and analyzes title-related records
- Resolves most issues such as missing or inaccurate information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires 2+ years directly related experience
- State license(s) if required
- Internet savvy and analytical review skills
- Research, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Standard MS and Adobe Acrobat skill set
