Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review abstracts and identify the title issues needing additional information or resolution
  • Work with sellers, attorneys, underwriting counsel, and representatives from other title agencies to obtain documentation

Required Skills:

  • Experience with California Title Research and Curative Work required
