Job Summary

A real estate and relocation services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Title Underwriter in Mount Laurel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supervising a team of title and closing professionals
  • Managing multiple functions in the securitization process
  • Calculating and delivering settlement charges

Qualifications Include:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • 7-10 years of commercial or bulk securitization closing and title experience
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state title industry experience
  • Experience managing a team of 7-15 employees
  • Experience using title software and reporting
  • Microsoft Suite proficient
