Job Summary
A tool and storage manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tool and Storage Customer Service Representative in Decorah.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Accepting customer orders via phone, internet, email, and/or fax
- Processing orders, other transactions and various inquiries
- Helping to follow up on customer orders
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma
- 3 years proven customer support experience
- Phone skills and listening skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts
