A tool and equipment manufacturer has a current position open for a Remote Tool Products Customer Service Representative in Burnsville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Conduct creative problem solving
- Troubleshoot basic product-related inquiries
Qualifications for this position include:
- Classroom and on-the-job instruction to prepare you for the opportunity to work from home after 90 days
- Lives in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area
- At least 1 year of experience working with customers
- Customer-first attitude
- A genuine commitment to providing an Outstanding Northern Experience (ONE)
