A client services company is filling a position for a Remote Tools and Automation Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the delivery of contracted services to clients
- Maintaining tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget
- Ensuring that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of client requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- Progressive experience within a managed services business
- Average 10+ years of professional service experience managing a service line
- BA / BS University degree or equivalent education and experience
- ITILv3 Certification
- 10+ years of experience within the Managed Services industry
- 10+ years of experience leading departments of 500+ employees
