Job Summary
A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Tools and Storage Customer Service Representative in Decorah.
Must be able to:
- Accept customer orders via various methods (phone, internet, email, fax)
- Process orders, other transactions and various inquiries using an order ship and bill system
- Provide reliable information to both internal and external customers using PC and Internet software
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of three (3) years proven customer support experience
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to assist Customer Service Supervisor to meet departmental goals
- Ability to ensure accuracy of pricing and delivery information
