Job Summary

A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Tools and Storage Customer Service Representative in Decorah.

Must be able to:

• Accept customer orders via various methods (phone, internet, email, fax)
• Process orders, other transactions and various inquiries using an order ship and bill system
• Provide reliable information to both internal and external customers using PC and Internet software

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma
• Minimum of three (3) years proven customer support experience
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to assist Customer Service Supervisor to meet departmental goals
• Ability to ensure accuracy of pricing and delivery information
