Job Summary
A data center and storage software solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tools and Technology Customer Experience Digital Transformation Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building a strong tools and technology team
- Directly managing managers and engineers
- Driving plans for tooling, automation, artificial intelligence
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in services operations or equivalent strategy/project delivery management experience
- Experience leading distributed teams, handling multiple stakeholders and functions
- 5+ years within Business Systems or Technical Services organizations.
- Ability to present to executives
- Excellent project management skills
