Job Summary

A data center and storage software solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tools and Technology Customer Experience Digital Transformation Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building a strong tools and technology team
  • Directly managing managers and engineers
  • Driving plans for tooling, automation, artificial intelligence

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in services operations or equivalent strategy/project delivery management experience
  • Experience leading distributed teams, handling multiple stakeholders and functions
  • 5+ years within Business Systems or Technical Services organizations.
  • Ability to present to executives
  • Excellent project management skills
