A business technology solutions company is in need of a Remote Tools System Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interface with customers and business partners to achieve positive results
- Utilize cross-departmental collaboration skills to gather needed information and assistance
- Work with other teams in the reduction of false/positive using alert tuning and automation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Analytical Problem solver with s trong attention to detail
- Previous experience in with system or network administrator 2-4 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently
- Comfortable working various hours of the day to meet customer and internal client needs
