Job Summary

A revenue cycle services provider is filling a position for a Remote Top Dollar Health Payment Collector in Erie.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working top dollar insurance pools and contact insurance companies to resolve claims that are not paid in a timely manner
• Reviewing EOB’s, remitts and payer correspondence in the course of performing account follow-up and escalating issues
• Identifying problem accounts and escalating as appropriate

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum one year related experience required, preferably in healthcare. Relevant education may substitute experience requirement
• Ability to work remotely
