Job Summary
An education provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Total Rewards and HR Operations Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Drive significant design efforts with tax/finance/legal partners
- Develop, guide, and implement our company-wide compensation strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years driving compensation at a strategic level
- 10+ years of cross-functional leadership and management experience
- Prior experience leading HR Ops and Technology or key functions
