Job Summary
A non-profit organization seeking improvements in education is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Total Rewards Benefits and Compensation Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support and/or project manage the execution of cyclical Total Rewards operations
- Research and respond to staff member inquiries with prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
- Serve as a thought partner and subject matter expert to team leaders on total rewards matters for their staff members
Position Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel 2 - 4 times a year (after COVID restrictions are lifted)
- Minimum 1 year of direct work experience managing or supporting health, compensation, wellness, and absence plans
- Prior experience managing and executing complex projects
- Experience creating learning and development materials and/or facilitating learning experiences for adults
- Knowledge of federal and state laws, codes and regulations affecting employee benefit programs
- Client consulting, total rewards management (benefits and compensation), and/or HR experience
