- Research, analyze, and recommend global benefit programs

Qualifications for this position include:
- 12-15 years of experience
- 10+ years of experience leading within Total Rewards Programs
- Extensive knowledge of compensation practices
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Background working for a SaaS company
