Job Summary
A leader in data integrity needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Total Rewards Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coaching and developing a team of dedicated Total Rewards/HRIS professionals
- Ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs
- Overseeing the review, communication, and implementation of the annual benefit program open enrollment process
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of combined experience in Total Rewards, People Operations, and/or Financial Planning
- Successful track record of building and leading teams and experience partnering with C-Suite executives
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field
- Comprehensive knowledge of global compensation plan design and administration
- Strong knowledge and experience in US medical benefits and 401k plans
- Strong Excel skills with experience in creating formulas and v-lookups
