Job Summary

A leader in data integrity needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Total Rewards Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coaching and developing a team of dedicated Total Rewards/HRIS professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs
  • Overseeing the review, communication, and implementation of the annual benefit program open enrollment process

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10+ years of combined experience in Total Rewards, People Operations, and/or Financial Planning
  • Successful track record of building and leading teams and experience partnering with C-Suite executives
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global compensation plan design and administration
  • Strong knowledge and experience in US medical benefits and 401k plans
  • Strong Excel skills with experience in creating formulas and v-lookups
