Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Driving strategic design and execution of the company's global compensation, equity, and benefits programs
- Overseeing the creation of policies and procedures
- Establishing board infrastructure and protocols
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10 years experience in compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards
- International experience in a company with a growing and scaling Global presence
- Proven track record of preparing for and working with Boards of Directors
- Excellent business acumen
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
