Job Summary

A company that hosts an internet marketplace has an open position for a Remote Global Head of Total Rewards.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Driving strategic design and execution of the company's global compensation, equity, and benefits programs
  • Overseeing the creation of policies and procedures
  • Establishing board infrastructure and protocols

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 10 years experience in compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards
  • International experience in a company with a growing and scaling Global presence
  • Proven track record of preparing for and working with Boards of Directors
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
