Job Summary

A financial services and technology company has a current position open for a Remote Total Rewards Global Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the design, implementation, and administration of the global Total Rewards
  • Leading executive compensation initiatives
  • Developing and leading the Company's comprehensive global Total Rewards strategy

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years’ experience in global compensation, benefits, and perks program strategy design
  • Experience in broad-based compensation design, executive compensation and sales compensation
  • Experienced developing clear, simple, & effective communication and education tools
  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, GoogleSheets, GoogleSlides, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
  • Proven track record of leading, prioritizing and driving to success multiple projects
