- Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of compensation, HR analytics, finance or relevant experience
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be able to effectively use excel for reporting and data analysis
- Ability to manage large datasets to develop and drive effective and efficient solutions
- Analytical, mathematical skills, and financial acumen
