A technology company specializing in supply chain solutions is filling a position for a Remote Total Rewards Lead in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with colleagues & internal customers to design & implement innovative solutions based on data-driven needs assessments
- Consulting with managers, HR business partners and recruiters to ensure equitable pay decisions are being made
- Acting as the first point of contact for US and Canadian employees who have questions about their benefits
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required
- 5 years of relevant experience in most aspects of total rewards, systems and implementing large complex programs
- Able to apply multi-dimensional creativity/innovation to solving problems
- Ability to communicate & influence effectively to variety of audiences in writing & verbally through a number of different vehicles
