Job Summary

A residential and commercial services holding company has a current position open for a Remote Total Rewards Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Act as the face of the total rewards function for corporate departments and corporately owned locations
  • Plan, develop & implement new & revised compensation programs, policies & procedures to align with company's compensation philosophy
  • Identify market trends and align total rewards programs to company business strategy

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field
  • 6-10 years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation and/or benefits
  • At least two years of experience managing
  • HCRI (PHR or SPHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
