Job Summary
A residential and commercial services holding company has a current position open for a Remote Total Rewards Manager.
Must be able to:
- Act as the face of the total rewards function for corporate departments and corporately owned locations
- Plan, develop & implement new & revised compensation programs, policies & procedures to align with company's compensation philosophy
- Identify market trends and align total rewards programs to company business strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field
- 6-10 years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation and/or benefits
- At least two years of experience managing
- HCRI (PHR or SPHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
