Job Summary
An educational support has a current position open for a Remote Total Rewards Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design benefit and perk programs
- Participate in salary surveys
- Manage relationships with benefit brokers/vendors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience playing a key role in benefit/retirement plan design
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience administering benefit programs to an employee base
- Warm, positive demeanor when working through benefit questions and salary discussions
