Job Summary

A beverage company has a current position open for a Remote Total Rewards Operations Senior Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Lead/support global Workday Compensation and Performance business process design
  • Initiate and support global Workday annual business processes and workflow
  • Coordinate with HRIT to implement changes in Workday and execute necessary User Acceptance testing

Qualifications Include:

  • 7-10 years Compensation or Total Rewards experience with 3-5 years in HR systems
  • Ability to work on various special projects and perform other duties as assigned
  • Bachelors or Equivalent
