A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Total Rewards Partner.
Must be able to:
- Implement and administer benefit programs
- Be the point of contact with brokers and vendors
- Perform quality checks of benefits-related data
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
- 5 years or more of experience Benefits/Total Rewards
- Extensive demonstrated knowledge of benefits and compensation programs
- Experience with benefit enrollment platforms, plan portals and HRIS applications
- Global benefits exposure and/or experience
- Experience with compliance requirements, reporting, and filing
