Job Summary

A global life sciences company has a current position open for a Remote Total Rewards Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Create agenda and presentation materials for all-hands meetings
  • Perform ad-hoc research requests
  • Develop compensation and benefits proposals

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS or comparable experience
  • Experience leading or taking part in complex projects
  • Advanced computer skills, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge of financial terminology and ability to actively utilize financial tracking systems
  • Compensation / Benefits experience or training desired, but at minimum, or an interest in learning
