Job Summary

A manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Total Rewards Retirement Plans Benefits Analyst in New Britain.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing benefits support coordinating with Payroll, HRIS & benefit vendors to monitor reports, conduct audits, process adjustments, etc
  • Running payroll reports for monthly plan compensation compare
  • Researching and resolving monthly compensation compare discrepancies

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience
  • Proven financial analysis and payroll report writing skills
  • Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage/work effectively in dynamic environment
  • Experience working with outsourced benefits administrators and other business partners
