Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the creation and deployment of the HR shared service support model
- Supporting the transition plan for segment HR shared service support model
- Partnering with HRBPs / COE for centralized HR shared service support model
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Takes initiative, fosters innovation, drives for results, communicates effectively, builds relationships at all levels
