Core Responsibilities Include:

• Contributing to the development of the Total reward strategy across all businesses, locations and functions
• Overseeing the review and effectiveness of company compensation, benefit, wellness and employee health practices
• Leading the development and implementation of a market comprehensive total reward package

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience in developing and administering US total rewards programs
• Experience in applicable State and Federal employment laws
• Experience working with all levels within an organization
• Experience working with global dispersed teams and compensation
