Job Summary
A data company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Total Rewards Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Participate in special projects as assigned and performs individual assignments
- Attend regularly scheduled calls with external vendors
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience with benefit and payroll services
- Strong customer service, analytic and organization skills
