A networking solutions company is in need of a Remote Total Rewards Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing strategic direction, planning, and execution of Business Enterprise Wireless Solutions
  • Leading retention programs for potential Merger and Acquisitions for BEWS
  • Ensuring all programs are administered in compliance with regulations nationally

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 15+ years of relevant global work experience in Compensation, Benefits or Total Rewards
  • Customer service and consultative philosophy
  • Expert knowledge of global health and wellness programs
  • Deep experience designing executive compensation plans (incentive plans and equity strategy
  • Experience with Workday and helping to implement an HR Shared Service Model
