Job Summary
A roadside assistance technology company is in need of a Remote Towing and Roadside Dispatcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using outside the box thinking to dispatch towing and roadside services including difficult roadside scenarios
- Escalating issues appropriately to your supervisor in real-time including, but not limited to; performance, issues affecting morale and HR issues
- Being responsible for your overall performance which includes ongoing training, attendance, time to dispatch, cost, quality assurance and other relevant performance measures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
- Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- 1 year dispatching experience
- Working knowledge of United States geographical/mapping
