Job Summary

A provider of logistics and supply chain management services is filling a position for a Remote TPM Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning & leading effective scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming & sprint retrospectives
  • Managing team activities and deliverables including status reports and meeting notes
  • Identifying issues, risks, and recommendations for improving team efficiency

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of strong of experience leading projects at a technology company specifically involving software development
  • 3 years of experience in software development as a Scrum Master (CSM certificate a plus)
  • Experience with Agile, Kanban, and PM best practices
  • Strong communication (oral, written and presentation) skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills are required
  • Deep knowledge and skills managing in Jira, Confluence
