Job Summary
A track and trace software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tracking Software Sales Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving the business in Americas for revenue and growth attainment goals
- Developing and executing on an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate accelerated annual growth in revenue and bookings
- Managing both the revenue and cost elements (P&L) for the Americas region
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing enterprise sales organization
- Must have excellent people/team management skills
- Will have strong motivational skills and demonstrated ability to be a gluing factor
- A proven track record of consistent results; proven leadership through good times and challenging times
- Must be able to demonstrate examples of the trust and support of people both in region and internationally
- Proven success working within a matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
